Returns & Exchanges

At Lollys Laundry, we want you to love your colorful wardrobe additions, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all brand tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the delivery note or return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your parcel at the nearest authorized collection point; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
